Kiylee White
Assistant Principal
Kiylee White is Assistant Principal at Harris Westminster, where she manages mental health, pastoral support, safeguarding, medical needs and bursaries. With over 20 years of experience working with young people, and 15 years in safeguarding, she brings a person-centred approach and a big dose of energy to everything she does. Before joining Harris Westminster, Kiylee was Director of Sixth Form at Harris Girls’ Academy, but a move to the countryside soon turned the London commute into more of a mission. Before that, she worked in the Midlands as a pastoral leader in a mixed academy and as a key worker on projects supporting young offenders, roles that inspired her to complete a university-accredited counselling diploma and later pick up additional qualifications as a Mental Health Lead, Designated Safeguarding Lead and Prevent Lead. She’s led safeguarding initiatives, delivered training at a number of events as well as CPD for staff, always passionate about helping others grow. Outside work, Kiylee loves dancing at festivals, walking her French bulldogs, cooking (with an extra-special love for the chopping bit!) and hunting for shiny, metallic treasures at antique fairs.
